How do you manage work-life balance?

To be honest, achieving balance can feel elusive, especially when juggling multiple roles like being an entrepreneur, wife, and mother.
There are times when I feel like I'm not measuring up in one area or another, but I remind myself that this just means I'm striving to make it all work.
Stepping back, I see that I'm doing my best for both my business and my family. The true validation comes from the pride they have in me.
Tell us more about you, Christina. What’s your story?
I'm Christina Bjorn, an international award-winning cake artist, cookbook author, and owner of Not Your Nana's Bakery. I've traveled the world and competed in cake competitions, winning many awards and accolades. I even won the popular Netflix series Sugar Rush and have been featured on Food Network as a competitor and judge.
I'm on the board of directors for the Ultimate Sugar Show (Georgia’s Largest Baking & Sweets Trade Show) and I am a Sugar Coin Academy Ambassador.
While I've worked with a wide range of people, weddings are what I'm truly passionate about. I'm also part of the sweets industry duo Bake Girl Magic and serve as the host and head judge for the largest dessert competition in the US, Dessert Wars.
I've judged on Food Network's Buddy vs Duff and won both the Food Network Canada's The Big Bake and Netflix's Sugar Rush. And, I'm also the author of Not Your Nana's Cookbook, published in November 2020. Below are a list of my awards and accolades:
