Unicorn Trend Still Lives!
Thanks to Keebler, the Unicorn trend lives on in 2019 in the Cupcake Flavored Unicorn Fudge Stripes Cookies!
There is no doubt that 2018 was the Year of the Unicorn!
From unicorn slime to unicorn poop and EPIC unicorn cakes and cupcakes, I’m sure most bakers would agree we were looking forward to a new year and a new trend. Perhaps 2019 would be the Year of the Llama or even the Giraffe?
It seems the Keebler Elves are keeping up a bit of trouble with the new release of the Unicorn Stripe Cookie!
Now usually I'm a purist when it comes to cookies!
The fudge stripe cookies are a classic, and I love them just as they are, but these Unicorn cookies just might be the next BIG thing for Keebler.
So, perhaps the Unicorn trend shall live on a bit longer?!?
According to @snackfoodmafia on Instagram, this newest twist on the Unicorn trend "tastes like vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and sprinkles are baked right into the cookie [dough]."
I don’t know about you, but the idea of indulging in a cookie that tastes like my childhood’s favorite cake flavor has me overly excited!
I hate to say it, but thanks Keebler for keeping the Unicorn obsession alive just a little longer. Keep those elves busy!
You can reportedly find these new cookies at your local Walmart or Kroger locations.
